Your responsibilities include:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Providing all levels of support for our employees with IT challenges
- Administration and monitoring of our IT infrastructure
- Performing data backups and restorations
- Supporting the marketing team (SEO, copywriting, designing and maintaining websites)
- Assisting in the development and integration of company software (ERP and CRM)
- Conducting software tests and troubleshooting issues
- Creating and maintaining documentation and manuals
- Organising and conducting IT training sessions for employees
You bring the following skills to the company:
- Completed training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge in the administration of Mac systems
- Experience in network administration (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Basic knowledge in marketing, design, and web hosting
- High level of service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Team player with initiative and a structured approach to work
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
