Financial Controller

Your responsibilities include:

  • Invoice and payment management: Manage and monitor invoices and payments.
  • Processing customer receipts: Prepare and process customer receipts for billing.
  • Creating customer invoices: Create and review invoices for our customers.
  • General administrative tasks: Support administrative tasks in the controlling department.
  • Processing and monitoring payment orders and receipts: Oversee and control payment orders and receipts as well as general clerical work.
  • Preliminary payroll accounting: Assist with payroll accounting and the preparation of accounting documents.
  • Document verification: Check and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.

You bring the following skills to the company:

  • Experience in controlling or accounting: You have prior experience in a similar position and are familiar with controlling tasks.
  • Accounting knowledge: You have solid knowledge of accounting and financial management.
  • Analytical skills: You can analyze data and draw informed conclusions.
  • IT proficiency: You are familiar with common accounting and ERP systems as well as standard office applications.
  • Attention to detail: You work meticulously and accurately, with a keen eye for details.
  • Organizational skills: You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
  • Strong communication skills: You have good verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Initiative and teamwork: You work independently, are reliable, and are a true team player.
