Your responsibilities include:
- Advising and supporting customer inquiries: You will assist our customers with their questions and concerns.
- Coordinating and managing customer inquiries and appointments: Efficiently organise and handle inquiries and appointments via SMS, phone, and email.
- Maintaining and processing customer issues in the ERP system: Accurately record and process all customer inquiries in our ERP system.
- Assisting with customers’ travel planning: Support customers with travel planning, including researching and booking accommodations and trips domestically and internationally.
- Checking and confirming payment receipts: Review and confirm customer payment receipts.
- Maintaining customer data: Diligently maintain and update customer data.
You bring the following skills to the company:
- Experience in telephone customer service: Knowledge in assisting and advising customers over the phone or in similar communication areas.
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English, with superb expression and strong knowledge of spelling and grammar.
- Technical skills: Good PC skills, particularly in using common software.
- Personal strengths: Initiative, strong communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork.
- Work style: Independent, meticulous, and responsible work ethic, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Reliability: Punctuality and flexibility in working hours.
- Personality: Friendly and approachable demeanor.
