IT All-rounder

Working hours between 20 and 40 hours per week

Your responsibilities include:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
Providing all levels of support for our employees with IT challenges
Administration and monitoring of our IT infrastructure
Performing data backups and restorations
Supporting the marketing team (SEO, copywriting, designing and maintaining websites)
Assisting in the development and integration of company software (ERP and CRM)
Conducting software tests and troubleshooting issues
Creating and maintaining documentation and manuals
Organising and conducting IT training sessions for employees

You bring:

Completed training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge in the administration of Mac systems
Experience in network administration (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
Basic knowledge in marketing, design, and web hosting
High level of service orientation and problem-solving skills
Team player with initiative and a structured approach to work
Good written and spoken German and English skills
