Office Manager

Full-time or part-time (at least 20 hours per week)
Your responsibilities include::
  • Scheduling and calendar management: Organising and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel for the management team.
  • Supporting the administrative team: Assisting with administrative tasks such as data maintenance, document filing, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Finance and accounting: Assisting with invoice management, expense reports, and bookkeeping in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Supporting HR tasks: Helping with employee data management, organising onboarding processes, and coordinating training sessions.
You bring::
    • Experience in office management or a similar administrative role: You have experience in organising and managing an office.
    • Excellent organisational skills: You are capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and setting priorities.
    • Strong communication skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
    • IT proficiency: You are familiar with common office applications and ideally have experience with accounting software and CRM systems.
    • Service orientation: You have a friendly, helpful, and service-oriented personality.
    Initiative and teamwork: You work independently, are reliable, and are a true team player
